Takes the Stage at Fungal Economy Day

Susanne recently spoke at Fungal Economy Day during Pilzfestspiele, joining experts and innovators who are shaping how fungi will power the next great economic revolution.

She presented alongside Future is Fungi Award board member Lene Lange, founder and CEO of LL-Bioeconomy and professor at the Technical University of Denmark.
